Workshop – Turning coffee grounds into oyster mushrooms

Did you know that humans wouldn’t exist without fungi? And who knew that some fungi can clean polluted soil? You’ll learn this and much more during the Fungi Factory workshop about mushrooms and fungi.

During this workshop, Wieger will take you on a journey into the wonderful world of fungi. You’ll also make your own grow bag, in which mushrooms use waste materials as their growing substrate. And to top it off, a few weeks later you’ll be able to harvest your very own mushrooms!
